Custom Inflatable Sports Equipment for Rhino Sports Academy
Sauce Asia helped Rhino Sports Academy source and manufacture large, custom-branded inflatable sports products in China, from factory visit and product testing through to delivery in the UK.

The project
Rhino Sports Academy provides sports coaching, primary-school activities and children’s holiday camps in the UK. Sauce Asia helped the business source and manufacture a range of large, branded inflatable sports products, including a full-size football arena, a giant football dartboard and additional interactive target games.
Factory visit
A hands-on factory visit
Colin Moore of Sauce Asia travelled to the Chinese factory with Sam Mennell, owner of Rhino Sports Academy. The factory owner personally welcomed them, giving the customer the opportunity to meet the manufacturer directly and see the products being made, inflated and tested before shipment.
Product testing
Testing the product before shipment
Seeing the equipment at full size meant Colin and Sam could assess far more than photographs or messages sent from thousands of miles away. They reviewed the overall construction, dimensions, printed branding, colours, inflation, stability, target positioning and general functionality before the goods left China.
Finished product
Checking scale and finished presentation
The full-size football arena was erected at the factory for inspection and testing. This made it possible to understand the finished product’s scale and confirm that the branded arena was ready to perform as intended for Rhino Sports Academy’s activities.
