Why we exist

Sauce Asia was built to solve that. We're a UK-managed company with a permanent, experienced team in China. We act as your in-country operation — finding the right factories, managing production, inspecting goods and handling logistics — so you get what you ordered, on time.

Colin Moore
Managing Director

Colin founded Sauce Asia and brings 27 years of experience in sourcing and manufacturing across China. His extensive knowledge of Chinese manufacturing, business culture and the different provinces and their individual manufacturing strengths enables him to identify the right suppliers and solutions for each project.
He leads client relationships and the overall strategy of Sauce Asia, remaining closely involved in projects from initial sourcing and development through to production and delivery, ensuring every project is delivered to the standard he would expect himself.
Mike Yeung
Head of China Operations

Mike oversees all in-country operations from our Foshan office. With 33 years of experience and deep roots in the Pearl River Delta manufacturing region, he manages our factory network and leads the China team.

Tina keeps the China operation running smoothly — coordinating between clients, factories and the wider team. With 23 years of experience, she is the first point of contact for day-to-day operational queries.

Jessica works from our Hangzhou office, managing sourcing projects and maintaining client communication. Her bilingual skills and manufacturing knowledge make her an invaluable link between UK clients and Chinese suppliers.

Gary leads all quality inspection and audit activity. He conducts in-person factory inspections, manages the QC process and produces the detailed reports our clients rely on before approving shipments.

Our Hangzhou office extends our reach into Zhejiang and Jiangsu — key regions for textiles, electronics, machinery and consumer goods. It also serves as our base for clients sourcing from eastern China suppliers.

Our UK base handles client relationships, project management and commercial strategy. All client-facing communication is managed from the UK, giving you a straightforward point of contact in your own time zone.
