Hand-Sanitiser Stations Manufactured in China for High-Profile UK Locations
During the COVID-19 period, Sauce Asia managed the manufacture in China of freestanding alcohol-based hand-sanitiser stations for use across the UK.
The completed products were installed at numerous BMW branches, at West Ham United's London Stadium, and throughout Silverstone Circuit for the Formula 1 British Grand Prix — including stations used within the Ferrari team's operational area. This project demonstrates Sauce Asia's ability to respond to urgent demand, coordinate manufacturing and quality control in China, manage customised finishes and branding, and arrange shipping and delivery of finished products to the UK.

Rapid Manufacturing During Exceptional Demand
The COVID-19 pandemic created an immediate need for robust, freestanding hand-hygiene equipment suitable for dealerships, stadiums, hospitality areas and major sporting events.
Sauce Asia worked with manufacturers in China to manage the production of metal hand-sanitiser stations in multiple formats. The project required dependable manufacturing, consistent dimensions, suitable surface finishes, dispenser integration and the ability to accommodate location-specific graphics and branding.

Installed Across BMW Branches
The completed hand-sanitiser stations were installed across numerous BMW branches. The freestanding design enabled the units to be positioned at customer entrances, reception areas and service points without requiring permanent modification to the premises.

West Ham United — London Stadium
Custom-finished units were produced for use at West Ham United's home ground, London Stadium. The photographs show both the branded units and a completed hand-sanitiser station installed within the stadium.
Section 4
Silverstone Circuit and the Formula 1 British Grand Prix
Multiple stations were installed around Silverstone Circuit for the Formula 1 British Grand Prix. The units were positioned at entrances, access-control points and operational areas to support hand hygiene for personnel and visitors during the event.
